Order & MOQ
1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ starts from 1,000 units for standard in-stock styles, and 5,000–10,000 units for fully customized designs. We work with brands of all sizes — contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
2. Do you offer sample orders?
Yes. We provide pre-production samples for quality confirmation before bulk production. Sample lead time is 7–10 working days. Please contact us for sample pricing and arrangements.
Customization
3. Can I customize the style, color, size, and logo?
Yes. We are a full-service OEM/ODM manufacturer. All aspects of packaging — including shape, material, color, surface finish, and branding — can be customized to your specifications.
4. Do you support private mold development?
Yes. We offer custom mold development for exclusive packaging designs. Please contact our team to discuss tooling costs and timelines.
Production & Lead Time
5. What is the production lead time?
Sample production: 7–10 working days
Bulk production: 25–35 working days after pre-production sample approval
Rush production is available upon request, subject to capacity.
6. Do you provide quality inspection reports?
Yes. We conduct in-house quality control at every stage of production. Third-party inspection arrangements (e.g., SGS) can be accommodated upon request.
Shipping & Payment
7. What shipping methods do you offer?
We support express courier (DHL / UPS / FedEx) for samples and small orders, with global delivery in 3–7 business days. For bulk orders, we offer sea freight and air freight with door-to-door service.
8. Do you have a standard price list?
Pricing is determined by order specifications including material, quantity, customization requirements, and surface treatment. Please share your project details and we will provide a tailored quotation promptly.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) and Alibaba Trade Assurance for orders placed via Alibaba.com. Both are secure and internationally recognized payment methods.
10. Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. We offer tiered pricing for bulk orders and preferential rates for long-term brand partners. Contact our sales team to discuss pricing based on your order volume.
